Thai Massage with Elizabeth Ewanchuk

Thai Massage is an ancient healing art that blends passive stretching, acupressure, and shiatsu into a comprehensive full body treatment. The flowing, rhythmic movements work the muscles, joints, connective tissue, and energy lines.

• Relieves headaches, neck and back pain
• Increases flexibility and range of motion
• Speeds recovery from injuries
• Enhances athletic performance
• Supports detoxification
• Improves digestion and absorption of nutrients
• Develops breath awareness to maximize oxygen usage
• Instills a profound sense of well-being

Performed on a floor mat with the client wearing comfortable clothing, Thai Massage is both relaxing and energizing. Practitioners use palms, thumbs, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet to rock, press, knead, stretch, and compress the body, creating a unique healing experience.
